I have a download of SimFarm that is reliable. I download DOSBOX after doing some research and finding out that it could run the program. I found some of DOSBOX's instructions to be rather vague, but somehow managed to, I believe, create a 'mount.' I then pulled the SimFarm file to the DOSBOX window, and the installation started, only to be given an error message a minute or so later after I entered the driver and directory and my name. It was an extract error. Now, I don't know why it won't go past this point. Install.exe is in the download, rather visibly. I haven't been able to find a decent step-by-step guide to installing stuff through DOSBOX on my laptop, and I have posted this question on Yahoo Answers trying to find someone that could help, but I have yet to receive any replies. After working on and off for two days, I'm getting somewhat frustrated. I had read that DOSBOX was supposed to be easy to use and figure out, but it's not proving to be that way, and I can't seem to find an answer to my question anywhere I look. Can someone enlighten me and help me find a way to get through this before I pull my hair out in frustration?
