This is a long shot but does anyone have a copy of JP Allen's Happy Harpin' series they'd be willing to lend/sell me? I can't justify spending full price on the series when I have instruments I'm very competent on that need repair/attention. Anyway, I saw a few of JP's videos and really like the way he teaches, if for no other reason than because he makes me feel confident that I'll actually learn the instrument. I know some of you will advise me to just look at free beginners lessons on youtube but I find it hard to feel the same way about those instructors.
