Nov 16, 2015 IDT the company dont offer any drivers for Windows 10, HP dont offer anything for Win 10 either.Their installer checks to see what OS is installed therefore the 8.1 drivers will not install! Microsoft state that IDT Audio is not compatible with Win 10 yet their PARTNER (HP) recommended my hardware was suitable to upgrade to Windows!0.

This issue might occur due to incompatible or outdated touch drivers and missing updates.
I suggest you to go to the manufacturer’s website and check for any latest drivers available there. If so, try to install them and check if it fix the issue.
If no updated drivers available then try installing the available drivers in compatibility mode.
Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:
1. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.
2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.
3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.
4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
5. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
